OPERA
At the age of 17 Yvette was promoted to a principal artist with the English National Opera performing Yniold in Pelleas & Melisande under the baton of Mark Elder followed by Jennie Hildebrand in K.Weil's Street Scene. She was subsequently sought by Francesca Zambello and cast in her production for Houston Grand Opera performing & filmed in Berlin.
Yvette then went on to further her operatic studies at The Royal Academy of Music and on leaving at the age of 24 was engaged by the Royal Opera House to sing the roles of Hermione in Strauss Die Agyptische Helena under Christian Thieleman & Esmeralda The Bartered Bride under Mackerras, which was also recorded, receiving a Grammy nomination.
Since then Yvette has continued where she has started and performed in many acclaimed productions and opera houses both in London and internationally.
